The news comes after Lively's BFF Taylor Swift donated $5 million to Feeding America's victims of Hurricane Helene and Milton relief fund.
"We're incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation to Hurricanes Helene and Milton relief efforts," Feeding America's CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot wrote in an Instagram post Wednesday.
